1. The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution

I start by applying this to my scalp about 10–15 minutes before showering. It helps break down buildup, gently exfoliates, and leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. It’s a simple step that preps your hair for a deeper cleanse and makes a noticeable difference over time.

2. Up & Up Itch Relief Dandruff Shampoo

This shampoo has been a recent favorite. It cleans thoroughly, reduces flakes, and calms itchiness. My scalp feels lighter and healthier after each wash, and it’s a reliable option for keeping dandruff under control without over-drying my hair.

3. Amika The Kure Strength Repair Mask

On detox days, I always follow up with a nourishing hair mask. This one strengthens and improves the durability of my strands without weighing them down. Even a few uses make hair feel healthier and more resilient, and it’s perfect for deep hydration and repair.

4. OGX Argan Oil of Morocco Extra Penetrating Oil

To finish, I apply a small amount of argan oil to lock in moisture. It makes my hair incredibly soft and smooth, and I especially love using it before braiding to protect and strengthen my strands. It’s a simple step that leaves hair feeling nourished and looking glossy.
