Go-To Shades Right Here!

There was a phase where I kept everything in my makeup bag strictly “by category.” Contour for contour, blush for blush. But over time, I stopped caring about those labels.
Now it’s more about tones and how they come together—especially when I’m going for a brown-toned look, which has quietly become my favorite.

1. Saniye Makeup Contour & Contorno

This palette feels like the backbone of a brown makeup look. The contour shades have that muted, earthy tone that blends in without looking too obvious. I usually sweep a bit along the cheek area and sometimes even across the eyelids when I don’t feel like reaching for a separate eyeshadow.
It gives that soft shadow effect that ties everything together. The highlighter side, on the other hand, adds just enough contrast so the look doesn’t feel flat. It’s simple, but it pulls a lot of weight.

2. ESQA Cheek Palette

This one brings warmth into the mix. The shades lean more into that brown-with-a-hint-of-rosy feel, which I think makes the whole look come alive. I like tapping a bit onto the cheeks and then lightly blending whatever’s left on the brush over the eyes—it creates this effortless harmony without trying too hard. Sometimes I even mix shades just to see what happens. It’s less predictable, but that’s part of the fun.
A brown makeup look doesn’t have to be complicated. The Saniye palette gives structure and depth, while the ESQA palette softens everything with a touch of warmth. Together, they create something that feels balanced without looking overly planned. On most days, that’s exactly the kind of makeup I enjoy—nothing too polished, just naturally put together in a way that feels like me.
